We will conduct follow-up/re-education meetings as needed to help all employees understand your benefit offerings. Meetings with your benefits management team are held to discuss your plan, claims, service issues and benefit choices.

In the case of a company that has virtual offices, Core Benefit Services is able to arrange webinars with virtual enrollment included.

These seminars are presented free of charge and are designed to educate our clients on building an effective and competitive employee benefit plan and keeping them compliant with the many overlapping federal and state regulations.

Informative newsletters are sent periodically throughout the year on various topics of interest, such as: new legislative updates, plan enhancements and changes, and significant provider network additions and deletion.

Employee education is of utmost importance to you. Core Benefit Services creates and maintains an online extranet site, containing all pertinent plan and benefit information, forms and brochures, links to company websites, federal and state guidelines and contact information.
