Choice of Employee Benefits Packages
Choose the service level you wish for your employee benefits package that meets your company needs and expectations, regardless of the insurance and financial plans included.

  • Full Service Benefits Package: This package is designed to relieve you of as much of the implementation and administration burden as possible. It is ideal for employee attraction and retention.
  • Value Benefits Package: HCI will help implement this package and make sure your have the most affordable plans available from our carriers.
  • Administration Benefits Package: In addition to assisting with implementation, HCI will help with handling insurance claims and employee additions and terminations, the most burdensome tasks of plan administration.

Benefits Package Service Components

  • Ongoing Communications: HCI takes the mystery out of health insurance and financial plans for you so that you can understand your employee benefits program and how we can make it work for you. We are always available to answer any questions as we implement, administer, and maintain your program.

  • Employee Benefit Package Implementation: Our consultants will explain the Benefit Package and all its details to your employees. We will let them know that HCI consultants are always delighted to answer questions and provide support.

  • Insurance Claims: We encourage all your employees to contact us FIRST with issues or questions related to health insurance claims. Simply fax us the explanation of Benefits or Physician’s receipt. We will take it from there! We are experts in dealing with insurance companies, doctors and providers and will contact them on your behalf to resolve problems.

  • Employee Additions and Terminations: You will never have to send applications to your provider company again. All employee applications and requests to terminate employees are handled through our office. All applications are faxed to us. We coordinate with each carrier and follow-up until the employee is either added or terminated.

  • COBRA and State Continuation: We have up-to-date information to help guide you through your COBRA management or, if your company is less than 20 employees, State Continuation.

  • Yearly Benefit Package Review and Market Analysis: 90 days prior to your renewal date, we will re-shop your insurance plans, sending out your census information to our carriers for bids. We will also review the performance of your financial plants. During your renewal meetings, we will discuss various alternatives to keep costs in-line with your expectations.
